Hunter Allen, NAU PhD student (co-advised with Darrell Kaufman, Nick Mckay, and Erik Schiefer)

Hunter is a PhD student in Earth Science & Environmental Sustainability at Northern Arizona University. He is researching proglacial lakes in Alaska, using rockflour as a proxy for glacial change in the Holocene.

Sydney Parkinson, ASU undergraduate research assistant

Sydney is an undergraduate student in Biological Sciences (Conservation Biology and Ecology) in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. They are mapping recent glacier snowlines in Alaska using Sentinel-2 imagery and Google Earth Engine tools.

Mason Merillat, ASU undergraduate research assistant

Mason is an undergraduate student in Biological Sciences (Conservation Biology and Ecology) in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. Mason is using glacial landforms identified in high-resolution satellite imagery and GIS softwares to map the extents of glaciers during the Little Ice Age across Alaska.

Jacqueline George, ASU undergraduate research assistant

Jacqueline is an undergraduate student in Biological Sciences (Conservation Biology and Ecology) in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. Jacqueline is organizing field-based glacier mass balance data from the World Glacier Monitoring Service to compare with automated satellite observations of glacier health.
